Preparation Time : 10min Cooking Time : 20min Serves / Makes : 4
Ingredients tadka- rai - 1/2tsp jeera-1/2tsp udad dal -1 tsp chana dal-1 tsp sabut lal mirch-2 to 3 kadipatta-5 to6 green mirchi -3 to 4 curd-1/2 kg 1 cup raw rice oil-2 tsp salt to taste
Method take rice , boil it and after it is made then let it cool down . Take a kadai and put oil , wait for 2 mins so that it becomes hot , when the oil is hot put jeera , rai ,green mirchi , kadipatta , udad dal , chana dal , sabut lal mirch ,stir or rather keep mixing till the colour of dal becomes brown .take curd beat it (thick) and then put it in the tadka (kadai),finally put rice and salt to taste . Mix it for 2 minutes and then remove it in the plate , decorate it with corriander .Get ready to eat.
