Sweet Corn and Capsicum Chaat Time: 15-30 mins |
Ingredients: 1 cup - cooked sweet corn kernels ¼ cup - chopped capsicum ¼ cup - chopped tomatoes ¼ cup - low fat paneer (cottage cheese)/tofu (soya paneer) cubes ½ cup - chopped onions 1 tsp - chopped green chillies ½ tsp - grated ginger ½ tsp - black salt (sanchal) ½ tsp - chaat masala ¼ tsp - freshly ground pepper salt to taste
To Garnish: 2 tbsp - chopped coriander
Method:
1. Heat the oil on a non-stick tava (griddle), add the onions and fry for a while. 2. Add the green chillies, ginger and capsicum and fry again. 3. Add all the other remaining ingredients, mix well and saute for some time. 4. Serve hot garnished with coriander.

Note: A nutritious, low fat, low cholesterol chatpatta veggie chaat that relies on low fat paneer to stay 'heart-friendly'.
